Meet with Tech ("we", "us", "our") is an online directory and community platform for technology events in the United Kingdom, operated by Tripleweb Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 474923167). 2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Meet with Tech you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any features that require registration. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.

We aim to keep Meet with Tech available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security updates, or other operational reasons without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by unavailability of the platform.

7. User-submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, including events, descriptions, and profile information. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on Meet with Tech and its associated channels. You warrant that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Organiser responsibilities

If you create events or groups on the platform, you take on the following responsibilities:

Meet with Tech is a directory and community platform. We are not an event organiser, ticket seller, or party to any agreement between you and your attendees.

9. Third-party event content and fair dealing

Some events listed on Meet with Tech are sourced from third-party platforms including Eventbrite, Luma, and Meetup. This content is imported manually, not through automated scraping, and is used for the purpose of reporting and providing information to the public about upcoming technology events. Each listing attributes the original source and directs users to the originating platform to register or obtain further information.

We rely on the fair dealing provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 for the purposes of reporting current events and providing factual information in the public interest. We do not claim ownership of third-party content, do not sell access to it, and do not compete with the commercial registration functions of the originating platforms.

10. Third-party links

The platform contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting linked sites is entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

Meet with Tech is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Meet with Tech name, logo, platform design, and all original content created by us are the intellectual property of Tripleweb Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without our written permission.

14. Content removal

We respect the rights of content owners and will act promptly on valid removal requests. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on Meet with Tech:

Please include a description of the content, a link to the relevant listing, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and remove or disable access to the content as appropriate.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will notify registered users by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
